Steel Doorsets
We offer the highest quality steel security doors, reinforced emergency exit doors and fire rated doors. Our fire doors have been successfully tested at Exova Warrington Fire to BS EN 1634-1:2008.
As all of our steel doors are made to measure, they are available in any specification you require. Ro-Dor will work with you to design a bespoke doorset to suit any building.
We offer a wide range of ironmongery options and the choice of vision panels, glass or louvre panels.
Our doorsets are available in any RAL or BS standard or marine-grade powder coat finishes.

High security

Technical SPECIFICATIONS
Vision Panels
A full range of vision panels with laminated glass, Georgian wired glass, Pyroshield, Firelite or polycarbonate are available in various glass thicknesses. Louvre panels of any size are also available. The solid, louvred and glazed overpanels and side panels can be manufactured to suit individual customer requirements.
Seal
For optimum weather, thermal and acoustic performance, a tubular silicone/rubber smoke seal is bonded into the frame rebate to ensure effective sealing of the door/frame gap. In addition, fire rated doors incorporate a smoke seal as standard.
Door leaf
Door leaves are hung from 4no stainless steel hinges for smooth operation and optimum weather resistance. Security dog bolts secure the leaf into the frame if the hinges are attacked.
Additional hardware includes a range of locks, latches, lever handles, panic hardware, closers and door restrictors. On double doors, lever-action flush bolts can be installed within the leading edge of the inactive door leaf.
